Talk with 3 more drivers today they are having the same problem not getting paid for the time they have been working. How is this happening ? Don’t they have any idea how many hour drivers are putting in ?

How do they figure what Tier my route is? why does the lady next to me leave after me and get back before me and her route is a tier 2 and mine is a tier 1. what is going on? I’am a new driver can anyone help?
